Commentary
And when that was the case, it was perhaps in relation to what the ruling was about; and it is not a text that includes the ruling for every action. He specified it by saying - mentioning the fulfillment and the action; due to the context requiring that; by mentioning the Book; and what is in its scope from the Prophets; and the martyrs; and the true judgment; and all of that is more appropriate for mentioning the action that is based on knowledge; and the fulfillment which is the greatest pillar in the truth; and the course of knowledge; and knowledge and fulfillment are more suitable for making the action itself the reward; by being depicted in the forms it deserves; if it is a reward; and in the ugly forms if it is a punishment; and the difference between it and the rational action based on desire; and the power of the impulse -: "And every soul will be fully compensated"; and when the fulfillment in the reward was to the utmost of liberation; and the exaggeration in the fulfillment; and the resemblance in the form; and the meaning; He made the fulfilled the essence of the action; so He said: "What they have done"; meaning: of the good deeds; for that reason He expressed it with the action; which can only be with knowledge; and the conclusion understood the estimation: "And Allah knows best what they do"; and when the intended meaning of the martyrs is the establishment of rights based on what the servants recognize; and that perhaps implied a deficiency in knowledge; He said: "And He knows best"; meaning: of the doers; and the martyrs against them; "of what they do"; meaning: of what has been done with an impulse from the self; whether it was with consideration of knowledge; or not; the verse is from the interweaving: the mention of "What they have done"; first; indicates "What they have done"; secondly; and the mention of "What they do"; secondly; indicates "What they do"; first; and its secret is that what was mentioned is more suitable for the intended meaning of negating injustice based on the promise of justice; and virtue; because therein is the reward for all that is built on knowledge; and as for the desired; it was not mentioned that it is rewarded for it; rather Allah knows it.
