And when the thing that is feared and the thing that is grieved over encompass all that is in the universe, then none can repel them except the Creator, the Sustainer. He said - beginning anew; or explaining; manifesting the Greatest Name; in glorification of the station -: ﴿Allah﴾; meaning: the One who encompasses everything in power and knowledge; (p-544) the One who saved them; ﴿Creator of all things﴾; so nothing exists except by His creation; and He does not create what they expect from Him in fear; nor does sadness befall them regarding it; and when this indicates the comprehensive power, it must also be accompanied by complete knowledge; He said: ﴿And He﴾; and He expressed it with the tool of elevation; for it is one of the best of its expressions; ﴿over all things﴾; meaning: with subjugation and dominance; ﴿and a Trustee﴾; meaning: a Guardian of all that is desired from Him; a Sustainer; with no incapacity afflicting His domain; nor negligence.
