And when He specified - glorified is He - the good news for the doers of good; it was known that others have been judged to be in misery. And he - blessings and peace be upon him - due to what he was created with of immense mercy and increased compassion, was deserving of sorrow for those who turned away. The cause of his sorrow for them was his saying: "Is he who has deserved..." And he dropped the feminine 'ta' which indicates softness, to emphasize the prohibition against sorrow for them.
