فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا ٣ ﴿3

And when the outpouring is caused by the goodness of reception; which is caused by the emptiness of the mind; which is caused by the awe of the benefactor; and the outpouring of recitation is the greatest outpouring; He said: ﴿So those who recite﴾; meaning: the followers, as an indication of their saying and their action; and as a preparation for their excuse; and as an honor for their status; and as a completion for others: ﴿A reminder﴾; meaning: a sermon; and an honor; and a reminder; from the remembrance of their Lord; an outpouring upon others from the spirit of knowledge; and the merging of the ت in the ص; and the ز; and the ذ; is an indication that this; despite its awe and greatness; may be hidden from anyone whom Allah does not wish to inform of it; for the cry has cut the hearts of the disbelievers; from Thamud; and others; and it did not affect those who believed among them; and indeed, Gabriel - peace be upon him - would bring down upon the Prophet ﷺ what he brought from the Qur'an; and the companions - may Allah be pleased with them - around him; did not hear anything of it; and Allah is the Grantor of success;
