Commentary
And when he mentioned the Day of the Great Event; which appears to everyone the seats of attributes; and the essences of beings fade away at those manifestations; and the traces of the perishable are erased at those descriptions; and his mention was in a clear manner, distancing the jinn from the relevance; it was a means for glorification; and a place after those misguidances for sanctification; as a result of that; he said - explicitly stating the name of glorification; encompassing all its types; and the majesty; indicating the greatness of the station -: ﴿Glory be to Allah﴾; meaning: He is exalted, to whom belongs all greatness; an exaltation that surpasses enumeration; ﴿above what they describe﴾; meaning: above what all creatures describe Him with; those who are gathered on that day; or the disbelievers who claimed for Him a son; and made the angels as children.
