And when he destroyed what was by itself, he followed it with what was by the fruits. He said, confirming the denial of their claims: "And your wealth" meaning, O creation, you who are among them, even if they are many. And he repeated the negation explicitly to invalidate each one in its own right, saying: "And nor your children" likewise. And he affirmed the conjunction to emphasize the negation, saying, describing the broken plural with what is its due from the feminine: "by that which" meaning by the wealth and children which "bring you closer to Us" meaning, by what we have of greatness through your actions in it that earns high ranks. "Zulfa" meaning a high degree and a secure closeness. Al-Baghawi said: Al-Akhfash said: It is the name of a source as if he said: 'proximity.' Then he excluded from the plural pronoun which stands in place of one, as if it were said: 'Do not bring anyone closer' "except for one who" or it may mean by omitting a genitive, meaning: except for the wealth and children of one who "believed" meaning from you "and acted" confirming his faith on that basis "righteously" meaning in his wealth by spending it in the way of Allah and in his child by teaching him good.

And when He bestowed favor upon the reformers among the believers in their wealth and children by making them a cause for their increased closeness, He indicated that with the conjunction in His saying: "So those" (p-516) meaning the high-ranking ones "for them is the reward of double" meaning that they will receive their reward multiplied in itself from ten times to what has no end, and multiplied in relation to the reward of those who preceded them from the nations. And the doubling is the increase "by what they did" for indeed their deeds are established and preserved based on the foundation of faith. "And they are in the chambers" meaning the lofty ones built above the houses in the gardens, in addition to that "secure" meaning their security is always stable, there is no fear upon them from anything at all. As for others, they are the ones intended by what follows, their wealth and children are a burden upon them.
