And when these beautiful attributes have been established, and the application of their fruits upon it is at the peak of elevation, and the witness is the clear evidence, it is as if it were said: So establish the clear proofs, and call and warn every one who opposes your command. And the position is for the address to those who are approaching, having set aside this decree because it is for those who turn away. And He indicated this by His saying, adding to it: ﴿And give good tidings to the believers﴾, meaning those for whom this description is valid. For you are a bearer of good tidings ﴿that they have﴾. And He clarified the greatness of this good news by saying: ﴿From Allah﴾, meaning the One who has all attributes of greatness ﴿a great bounty﴾, meaning in terms of the expansiveness and in terms of the multiplication from ten times the good deed to what only Allah knows.
