Commentary
'And if you women' mean by your nature 'desire Allah,' that is, the one who commands to turn away from the world to elevate to what He has of ranks of perfection, 'and His Messenger,' who is commanded to detach from it, conveying to the servants all that He has sent him with regarding the matters of this world and the religion, leaving nothing of it, for what He has upon you and all people of the truth by which He conveys to them from Allah, 'and the Hereafter,' which is the true life due to its permanence, and elevation and ascent.
And when it is the case that everyone who shows something is of high rank in it, he said, emphasizing to alert that what he says is something that should be firmly established and should be emphasized to counter the suspicion of those whose human condition dominates them, so they may have doubts about him from the people of hypocrisy and others, or act like one who thinks that or dismisses its occurrence in this world or the Hereafter: 'So indeed Allah,' (p-338) that is, by what He has of all attributes of perfection, 'has prepared' in this world and the Hereafter 'for the good-doers among you,' that is, those who do that while they are in the state of witnessing, and He knows the good-doer from others, 'a great reward,' that is, the world and all that is in it of adornment and blessings is insignificant for it.
