And when this is a meaning that everyone observes in themselves, along with what glorified and exalted is He has clarified from the treasures of the previous verses, the matter reached a great degree of clarity. And when it is said: It flows before our eyes, and similar to that, we know that it is like what we say when we see a king with good management who does not overlook anything of the conditions of his subjects, we say: "He is in utmost vigilance." So we released vigilance, which is the opposite of sleep, upon good observation, great management, and comprehensive knowledge. And these are details of what I have presented that it is like Him. And it is His encompassing command, by which the unseen of His essence, glorified is He, has become clear to us. And thus, what has come from similar examples, we take from the expression its spirit, and we know that this is the intended meaning, and that the apparent is mentioned only as a means to approximate to the limited understandings based on what we know of the highest examples. The matter after that is higher than what we know. For this reason, He, the Most High, said: "And He is" meaning alone, "the Almighty" meaning the One who, when He intends something, it is in utmost submission, whatever it may be. "The Wise" meaning the One who, when He intends something, perfects it, so that no one else can reach a deficiency in it. And the wisdom of this universe cannot be completed in this form except by resurrection. Rather, it is the focal point of the greatest wisdom, so that every person of right reaches his right with the utmost liberation, based on what we recognize. Otherwise, falsehood would be more deserving than truth and more prevalent. Thus, the non-existence of this existence would be better than its existence and rulings.
