And when all that has passed of the visible signs arises from these two great creations that encompass those to whom these audible signs have been revealed, as a clarification for those who find the matter of the visible signs perplexing, He mentioned a comprehensive matter for all, which is so clear that it does not require more than the intellect sealed with what has preceded. He said: ﴿And among His signs﴾ meaning in the fullness of power and perfection of wisdom.

And when this verse was about permanence and not renewal, He used the letter indicating the past to detach the action from the future. He expressed it in the present tense because it is necessary to bring them out of this state. He said: ﴿That you stand﴾ meaning you remain upon what you witness of the great matter without pillars. ﴿The heaven﴾ is mentioned in the singular because the first heaven does not accept dispute as it is witnessed, with the suitability of the term for all since it is a genus. ﴿And the earth﴾ according to what they have of mass and weight necessitating descent ﴿By His command﴾ not by anything else.

And when there remained in the completeness of His knowledge and the perfection of His power no doubt, He expressed it with a tool of delay to indicate - along with its indication of what it is for Him - the greatness. He said indicating that His power over all things is equal regardless of their distance, and that there is no difference for Him in the comprehensiveness of His command between the standing of the living and the standing of the earth and the heaven. ﴿Then when He calls you﴾ and He pointed to the insignificance of that matter to Him by saying: ﴿A call from the earth﴾ despite the distance between it and the heaven, let alone the Throne. He confirmed that by being like the blink of an eye or even closer. He said expressing it with a tool of suddenness: ﴿Then you will emerge﴾ meaning this description will renew for you after your decay by death and decay, and it will be repeated considering each of you without delay or respite at all, unless it is arranged according to the best of the best due to His saying ﷺ: "I am the first from whom the earth will split." Just as He called you from it first when He created you from dust, then when you are human, you will spread. And this is more apparent than what He concluded with the previous verses as a reminder that it is like the first which has ended in appearance, especially with its addition to the first which is the greatest indication of it to a degree that is brighter than light, as the reference to it comes in the verse: "And it is easier for Him."
