He said: 'after that,' meaning after the great and very clear statement. 'So those are' means the distant and hated ones; they are specifically those who deliberately lie against the One who encompasses them, and nothing is hidden from Him. 'The wrongdoers' means those who are extreme in wrongdoing by acting contrary to the evidence, like one who walks in the darkness; he does not place anything in its proper place. This is due to their exposure to being exposed by the One who has complete knowledge and to being punished by the One who has absolute power.
