And when the decree was: So those who disbelieved and did evil deeds, We will surely recompense them all. But He concealed it because the context is for the people of hope. He added to it His saying: "And those who believed and did righteous deeds" as a confirmation of their faith. The righteous deeds are in times of hardship and ease according to their capacity. And He indicated by His saying: "We will surely remove from them their evil deeds" that a person, even if he strives, must stumble because he is created with imperfection. Prayer to prayer is an expiation for what is between them as long as he does not commit major sins. The Friday prayer to the Friday prayer and Ramadan to Ramadan and similar matters have been reported in the news from the chosen Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him. He increased it in virtue and honor with Him; Al-Baghawi said: And the expiation is the removal of the evil deed by the good deed, or that We will surely forgive them for the polytheism and what they did therein. And He confirmed that man is created with a tendency to retaliate against those who wronged him, even with a word or by showing gratitude. By mentioning forgiveness, he hardly achieves anything other than what he is naturally inclined to. And when He gave them the good news of forgiveness from punishment, He completed the good news with the mention of reward. So He said, adding to what is decreed: "And We will surely establish for them their good deeds" and "We will surely recompense them" means: in Islam, "the best of what they used to do" means: a state that drives them to the utmost desire "they do" means: the best reward for what they did in Islam and what preceded it, and it is in their nature to do it.
