And those who disbelieved, we will certainly plunge them into Hell, levels beneath levels of it. So how evil is the abode of the wrongdoers! However, when the mention of punishment was previously close, and the intention here was to encourage belief in whatever form it may be, he encompassed it and indicated it by saying: "And those who believed and did righteous deeds," meaning: in confirmation of their faith, "the righteous," meaning: all of them.

And when the disbelievers deny the resurrection, so how about what comes after it, he emphasized his saying: "We will certainly settle them," meaning: we will certainly make them dwell in a place that is worthy of being returned to due to its goodness and pleasantness by whom has exited from it for some of his purposes. This is the meaning of: "from Paradise, chambers," meaning: high houses beneath which are spacious, beautiful, elevated halls. And close to this meaning is the reading of Hamzah and Al-Kisai with the three dots, meaning: to dwell in a place when he resides in it.

And when the high places cannot be tamed except with gardens, he said: "flowing," and when the generality of water in the direction of the bottom resembles punishment, some of it said: "rivers flow beneath them." And it is known that there cannot be rivers in a place except that there are large gardens, crops, and flowers, and they overlook them from those high places.

And when it is in a state where there is no hardship that requires abandoning it for a moment, he alluded to it by saying: "they will abide therein," meaning: they will not seek to depart from it. Then he magnified its matter and honored its status by saying: "Excellent is the reward of the workers."
