And say: This is a warning for them, and a desire and a hope and a threat: "All praise" means: the encompassing of the attributes of perfection "is due to Allah" meaning: the One who has all greatness, whether all have been guided or all have gone astray, or they have divided into the guided and the misguided, because nothing escapes His will.

The last of it has returned as you see, with the clarification of the Book and the magnification of the Qur'an and the division of the people in it into the guided and the misguided, to its beginning, and the conclusion embraces its beginning with the wisdom of its Revealer, and the knowledge of its general and specific aspects, and other than that from what becomes apparent upon reflection and contemplation - and Allah is the One who grants success to what is correct, and to Him is the return and the destination.
