Whoever comes with a good deed, meaning the complete one, which is faith, for him is better, meaning it is superior, multiplied, the least of which is tenfold to what only Allah knows. And their faces are honored from the Fire. And these are the people of closeness, those for whom the best has preceded. And they are safe from the terror on that Day, meaning when these great and tremendous events occur. They are secure so that the greatest terror does not sadden them. So look at the eloquence of this speech, and the beauty of its arrangement and organization, and how some of it takes hold of some others, as if they were frightened by a single fright. And for a reason, the strong has been rendered incapable, and the tongues have been silenced.
