He included in his saying: "to them" an honor for himself, and a protection for his name from being explicitly stated with its pronoun. He generalized for all who care for her matter and obey her: "So we will certainly bring them troops they have no power against." That is, in terms of strength, "against them" means: in opposition to it to resist it and turn it away from its intent. That is, they will not be able to confront it. "And we will certainly expel them from it," that is, from their lands, "humiliated."
