Commentary
So it is as if it was said: What is it? He said: "Indeed, I found a woman," and she is Bilqis, the daughter of Sharahil, "who rules over them" [meaning: the people of Sheba].
And when it was said that she had been given everything that kings need, it was a great matter, he said: "And she has been given"; he established the action for the object as an acknowledgment that she, along with her kingdom, is governed, "with everything" to emphasize what he saw of her matter.
And when her throne - meaning: the seat upon which she sits for judgment - was increased in greatness, he specified it with his saying: "And she has a throne"; meaning: a seat upon which she sits for judgment, "great"; meaning: I have not seen anyone like it.
