Commentary
And when illness is a harm, He has purified it from being attributed to Him out of respect, even though the attribution of everything to Him, glorified and exalted is He, is known, by His saying: "And when I am ill" due to the dominance of some humors over others because of the natural repulsion between them. "He alone heals me" due to the adjustment of the temperament by adjusting the humors and compelling them to come together and be balanced, not a doctor or anyone else. Even if I cause myself to have ailments through cold, heat, food that I consume, or anything else, for He is capable of what He wills.
