And what is this? This is our attribute, while the state is that the disbelievers do not receive any reminder, which is something of admonition, reminder, and legislation, by which they mention us. It becomes the reason for their mention and their honor from the Most Merciful, whom they have denied while His blessings encompass them. It is a new thing in relation to its revelation and their knowledge of it.
