And when the listener longed for the response of the Prophet of Allah, the Exalted, Musa, blessings and peace be upon him, he was answered by his saying: ﴿Musa said to them﴾, blessings and peace be upon him, meaning: he intended to nullify their magic because he cannot overcome it except by casting them down.
