And when it is not necessary that the absence of involvement in the action implies the absence of suitability for it, he said: ﴿And it is not appropriate for them﴾ meaning: what is valid and what can be imagined of them descending with anything of it, because it is all good and blessing. They are the source of evil and destruction, and between them is complete contrast. You are tranquility and light, and they are turmoil and ruin. So there is no inclination for them towards you, nor is there any way to you in any manner.
And when the absence of negation does not necessitate their inability, he said: ﴿And they are not able﴾ meaning: to descend with it, even if their handling of it is intense, so that they may have the capability for that.
