Commentary

And I fear that, or he said: Indeed, "my chest is constricted" at their denial or my fear of their denial of me, as is the case with the people of integrity and those of high aspirations. This is due to what has been ingrained in them of intensity and firmness in determination when they do not find a way out. And he established the two verbs as a conjunction to "they deny" [Ash-Shu'ara: 12] on the basis that "that" is a cause.

"My tongue" [meaning]: in expressing what You are sending me to them with, due to the stammering in the original because of the complexity of that sting that affected him in his childhood. So when denial occurs or he is frightened, and the heart constricts, the spirit retreats inwardly, and the stammering increases. Thus, the need arises for a supporter to strengthen the heart so that it may assist in the release of the tongue during the stammering, lest the call be disrupted.

"So send" means: let that which she excused herself with for not hastening to go to the matter be that I ask You for sending "to Aaron" my brother, so that he may be a messenger from You to be a support for me regarding what he has been entrusted with from the message, and he may assist in what results from that. And his excuse is not a pretext in compliance, and sufficient is the request for help as evidence of acceptance, not as a pretext.
