And when the aim was to turn them away from their obstinacy, and that was extremely difficult, and this speech does not deter their stubbornness - and they are the majority - who are feared for their deceit, he added to "Say" his saying: ﴿And rely﴾ meaning show helplessness and weakness, submit, and depend in all your matters, especially in facing them with the warning, and in turning them away from their obstinacy.
And when the agent carries the burden of what has shown him his helplessness in it and takes on its responsibilities until he becomes like one who carries a tangible object for another, with nothing of it belonging to him at all, he expressed it with the preposition of elevation as a representation of that, saying: ﴿Upon the Living﴾ and reliance upon Him is not correct except by adhering to His obedience and turning away from anything else.
And when the living beings among creation die, he clarified that His life is not like the life of others, saying: ﴿Who does not die﴾ meaning there is no loss for whoever relies upon Him at all, rather He is the one who takes care of their interests in their life and after their death, and do not turn to anything else, for it is perishing. ﴿And glorify Him with His praise﴾ meaning declare Him free from all deficiency, affirming for Him all perfection.
And when the one who is distracted may think that whoever distracts him is either unable to aid him or unaware of the sins of his opponent, and since the context is for the complaint about the avoidance of the messengers from the Qur'an, and what follows that from harm, he indicated by the conjunction to something not mentioned that the estimation is: So He is enough for you as a supporter, and he added to it: ﴿And He is enough﴾ and specified the doer and confirmed it by including the preposition with it, saying: ﴿With Him regarding the sins of His servants﴾ meaning all others are His servants. ﴿All-Aware﴾ nothing from them is hidden from Him, even if it is subtle.
