Commentary
This encouragement is confirmed and the doubt about it is negated by his return to the first style in his saying: ﴿Then let them complete﴾, meaning let them cut off and finish on the Day of Sacrifice after a long period of Ihram. ﴿Their rituals﴾ means to cleanse them by washing, trimming the nails, cutting the mustache, shaving the pubic hair, and similar acts. ﴿And let them fulfill their vows﴾, taking from the completion of the matter and exiting from every obligation. ﴿And let them perform Tawaf﴾, so that this will be the last of their deeds. He encouraged (p-41) the increase of it and striving in it with the form of intensification, and on sincerity by keeping it hidden according to one's ability with the merging. If the 'lam' is broken - as is the reading of Abu Amr, Ibn Amer, Warsh from Nafi, and Qunbul from Ibn Kathir, and Ruways from Yaqub in ﴿Let them complete﴾ - and the reading of Ibn Dhakwan from Ibn Amer alone in 'Let them fulfill... and let them perform Tawaf' is valid to be for the reason of conjunction with ﴿Let them witness﴾ [Al-Hajj: 28], and its conjunction is by the tool of relaxation due to the long duration on what is understood with reference to the magnification in rank. It is valid for it to be for the command as in the reading of the others with the sukoon. His saying: ﴿At the House﴾ means from behind it, for the knowledge of the stone. Whenever he falls short of completing the circumambulation around it by the slightest part, it is not valid because he has not established the name of Tawaf. Thus, there is no connection with the 'ba' in the partitive, and his description by saying: ﴿The Ancient﴾ indicates its worthiness for magnification due to its antiquity and freedom from all evil.
