And when that was the case, and it was known that Allah was with him, and that He is [capable] of nullifying their magic, he began the news about him by saying: "Say, do not fear" from anything of their matter or otherwise. Then he justified that by saying, and confirmed it with types of confirmation due to the necessity of the situation [to deny that anyone could overcome what they displayed of their magic due to its greatness]: "Indeed, you are" [specifically] "the Most High," meaning the one who prevails with a clear victory without any doubt in it.
