And when what was mentioned regarding what is related to the earth from the means and others is at a level of clarity, behind which there is no aim, the meaning was: We showed Pharaoh this which We have mentioned to you from Our signs and others. The position was for the glorification of the power. He then added His saying: ﴿And indeed, We showed him﴾, meaning by the staff and the hand and others from what has preceded that necessitates Our greatness ﴿Our signs﴾ [meaning those whose greatness is from Our greatness -] ﴿all of them﴾ [with the eye and the heart -] because whoever is capable of such a thing is capable of others like it from the extraordinary events. This is because the possible things in relation to His power are all equal, especially since what was mentioned are the mother of the signs, as will be indicated (p-301) if Allah, the Most High, wills in [Surah Al-Anbiya]. ﴿So he denied﴾, meaning by them ﴿and refused﴾, meaning to send the Children of Israel; and this is more eloquent than enumerating what was mentioned in Al-A'raf.
