Commentary
'He said, 'Do not fear.' Then he explained that by which victory and protection for the ally is attained and destruction for the enemy. He said, emphasizing, pointing to the greatness of the news, and alerting to its content, for it is outside of the usual occurrences. He affirmed the third noon in the manner of their emphasis: 'Indeed, I am with you both.' I do not disappear as kings do when they send their messengers. 'I hear and see,' meaning, I have these two attributes. Nothing of the condition of My Messenger or the condition of his enemy is hidden from Me. And you both know of My power what no one else knows.
