And when the Most High clarified their harshness regarding His rights in general, then specifically, He followed that by clarifying their harshness regarding their own interests, to produce that they are the most foolish of people. He said, "And when Moses said to his people, the Children of Israel, 'Indeed, Allah,' meaning the One to Whom belongs all command, 'commands you to sacrifice a cow,' so that you may know by it the matter of the slain man whose matter has perplexed you. The 'ta' in it is not for true femininity, but because it is one of the kind, so it applies to both male and female. And when it was their right to hasten to comply and to show gratitude, and they did not do so, He clarified their rudeness in the manner of resuming, magnifying it by His saying, recounting from them, 'They said,
