And when man may plant what is for others, it is made clear that this is for them on a condition. He said: And Al-Harali said: And when the caliphate, especially in spending, has a position in the soul by means of what diminishes or invalidates it, like that which occurs to the crops that he used as an example, which diminishes its growth or uproots it, Allah, glorified and exalted is He, alerted to what invalidates; it has ended. And He, glorified and exalted is He, said: ﴿Those who spend﴾ and encouraged them to rectify it and warned them against corrupting it by adding it to them, saying: ﴿their wealth﴾ and urged sincerity in His saying: ﴿in the way of Allah﴾, meaning that which has the best names.

And when the soul is naturally inclined to mention its virtue, and it is extremely unlikely for it to abandon it, He alerted to it with a tool of distance, informing of His great virtue, saying: ﴿Then they do not follow what they have spent﴾ with what they struggle against themselves ﴿with a reminder﴾. Al-Harali said: It is his mentioning to whom he has spent upon, so it would be a severing of his connection by ignoring him, because the original meaning of reminder is severance ﴿and no harm﴾, which is his mentioning to others, so he harms him by that for what he, glorified and exalted is He, has done by his spending. It has ended. Likewise, to say to one who shared with him in a good deed: If I had not been present at what was done, and the repetition of ﴿no﴾ is an alert that the absence of each of them is a condition for the attainment of the reward ﴿for them﴾. And He did not couple it with 'and' to inform that it is an initial gift from Allah, magnifying its measure and glorifying its status, as He did not make it a result of their spending ﴿their reward﴾, meaning that which He mentioned in the diminishing, indicating that if it is coupled with what is prohibited, it would not be for them. Then He increased them in desire with His saying: ﴿with their Lord﴾, meaning the One who is good to them by nurturing them, maintaining what is accepted from the expenditures with preservation and growth until it becomes in greatness to a degree that exceeds description ﴿and no fear is upon them﴾ from any deprivation that may befall them ﴿and they do not grieve﴾ over what is missed, because their Lord, glorified and exalted is He, has not left anything of the virtue befitting them except that He has delivered it to them.
