And because this collection benefits the overpowering of the truth over creation by what He wills from them of guidance and trial, so that His mercy and His wrath may manifest in it. And He is the truth, which is the ongoing judgment that the nature of Muhammad, blessings and peace be upon him, requires to pause in it due to his seeking of mercy and adherence to the ruling of the testament. The truth addressed him with His saying: ﴿The truth﴾, meaning: this differentiation and classification that necessitates the construction of the degrees of Paradise and the construction of the levels of Hell is the truth. Or the meaning could be: the truth that you have been informed of in this surah or the verses, or the essence of the truth exists ﴿from your Lord﴾, meaning: the One who is gracious to you by expelling those whose following harms, just as He is gracious to you by bringing forth those whose following benefits. ﴿So do not be among the doubters﴾ regarding what has been explained in terms of the confusion of the two arrangements that occur from him between virtue and justice, and the occurrence of the other between injustice and justice. This ends. And in it is an addition and a change, and in affirming the matter sometimes by knowledge and sometimes by understanding and sometimes by other than them, there is an affirmation of the obligation to follow him, blessings and peace be upon him, and a removal of what the foolish scholars cast upon it from doubts. Al-Harali said: And the doubter is from the doubt, which is the pretense of doubt, and it is a debate that extracts the evil from the hidden of the debater, from the doubt of what is in the udder, which is its extraction for milking. And because it is the state of the skeptic, it may have been applied to him.
