And when the time became prolonged in exhausting their reminder of the blessings, then in clarifying their shortcomings and exposing their veils, and He concluded that with the warning of their loss due to the neglect of their religions by their actions, and their conditions and their words, He repeated what He began with in their story from the reminder of the blessings and the warning of the occurrence of calamities on the day when the nations are gathered and regret will endure for the one whose foot has slipped.
