And when it was unlikely to know all of the creations, he followed it by saying: "Indeed, by Allah, He has counted them all, encompassing them. And He has numbered them." And when that is hardly believable, he affirmed it with the source by saying: "A numbering" before their creation from all aspects of the servant and its necessities. So, none of them existed, nor were they born, nor were they annihilated or struck, except at the time he has numbered for them. And the counting may be before existence in the realm of the unseen, and the numbering after existence.
