And when He clarified the outcome of the state of the disbelievers in their deities and their evidence, He followed it with its timing and said: "On the Day" meaning they will disbelieve in their worship on the Day "We will gather the righteous" meaning the sincere ones. And when the Surah of general blessings [the Bee] preceded, and the Surah of specific blessings for the believers and some of the general ones followed, like "And We have certainly honored the Children of Adam" [Al-Isra: 70], then the two Surahs specific to the righteous [Al-Kahf] and this one, He said: "to the Most Merciful" so He will admit them to the abode of pleasure. He mentioned the name that indicates the generality of mercy, and He repeated it in this Surah in a way that indicates what I understood. Perhaps this is supported by the beginning of the Bee with the blessing of clarification upon this human being, which He expressed as the adversary, and the conclusion of this with the stubborn people in terms of the response to this segment, which was in regard to the blessings as a single thing at its beginning "as a delegation" meaning those coming in haste, elevation, and honor, just as delegations come to kings, so they will be in hospitality and honor.
