Commentary
And when the speech of the disbeliever is in the form of a question, it is a denial of the truth and a rejection. The denial of the one who threatens something that the one threatening has the power to fulfill is a reason for him to confirm it by swearing to him. Allah, the Most High, said in response to their denial, indicating anger towards them by turning away from them, addressing His Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him, to magnify his status and glorify his matter: "So by your Lord," the Benefactor to you by taking revenge on them.
And when the denial of resurrection necessitates contempt, He came with the pronoun of greatness and continued in this adornment with this appearance until the end of the description of this day, saying: "We will surely gather them" after resurrection, "and the devils" who mislead them by placing each one of them with his companion who led him astray. "Then We will surely bring them" after a long standing, "around Hell" which they deny, surrounding it due to the narrowness of its head and the depth of its bottom, while they are "kneeling" on their knees from the horror of the sight and the severity of humiliation, preparing themselves to hasten to obey the commands.
