﴿And peace﴾ [that is -] what peace ﴿be upon him﴾ from us ﴿on the day he was born﴾ from every evil that befalls birth and what comes after it in any matter of religion ﴿and on the day he dies﴾ from the anguish of death and what follows it. And perhaps he made the peace indefinite because he was killed, so his body did not remain safe, unlike what comes regarding 'Isa, blessings and peace be upon him. ﴿And on the day he is resurrected﴾ from everything that is feared after that ﴿alive﴾ a life that is the life for benefiting from it, in response to the supplication of his father that he be pleasing. And he specified these times because whoever is safe in them is safe in others, as they are more difficult than them. Al-Tabarani reported from Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace be upon him, said: "Every son of Adam will meet [Allah -] on the Day of Resurrection with a sin, and He may punish him for it if He wills or have mercy on him, except for Yahya ibn Zakariya, peace be upon them, for he was a leader, chaste, and a prophet from the righteous." And the Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him, reached for a small piece of earth and took it and said: "His mention is like this small piece of earth."

Al-Haythami said: In it is Hajjaj ibn Sulaiman al-Ru'ayni, whom Ibn Hibban [and others authenticated, but Abu Zur'ah and others weakened him, and the rest of his men are trustworthy -]. He also reported it from Abdullah ibn Amr and Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them, but there is no mention of the male. And the wording of Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, is: I was in a circle [in -] the mosque discussing the virtues of the prophets - and he mentioned him until he said: The Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace be upon him, said: "It is not appropriate for anyone to be better than Yahya ibn Zakariya. We said: O Messenger of Allah! How is that? He said: Did you not hear how Allah described him in the Qur'an? ﴿O Yahya, take the Scripture﴾ [Maryam: 12] - until His saying: [alive -] ,

﴿Confirming a word from Allah and a leader, chaste, and a prophet from the righteous﴾ [Al-Imran: 39] he did not commit a sin nor did he intend to do so." And it was also narrated by Al-Bazzar, and in it is Ali ibn Zaid ibn Jud'an, whom the majority weakened - and he has [been authenticated -], and the rest of his men are trustworthy. And He, glorified and exalted is He, indicated by the transition in these stages to the point of refuting those who claimed for Allah a child, as that would necessitate the child himself and his father being in need, and that prevents both the child and the parent from being suitable for the rank of divinity that is free from need. And what must be referred to has already passed in Al-Imran.
