"My Lord" alone, no one other than Him has done good to me in creation and provision. This is my belief in the past and present. "And I do not associate anyone with my Lord"; the One who has done good to me in my worship, "anyone"; just as no one has shared with Him in His goodness to me. For indeed, all are His creation and His servants. How can a servant be a partner to the Lord! For I do not see wealth and poverty except from Him. And you, when you relied on your wealth, were associating partners with Him.
