And when He clarified its necessity and wisdom; He clarified its possibility; and its ease for Him; and its lightness to Him; He said (exalted is He): "Indeed, Our saying"; meaning: by virtue of our greatness; "is for a thing"; in bringing forth; and in returning; "when We intend it"; meaning: We intend its existence; "to say to it"; then He mentioned the quoted inner saying; and said - building from "was"; the complete form; what indicates the agreement of the intended things with the command of the obeyed commander -: "Be"; meaning: occur; "and it will be"; meaning: it will result from that saying that it exists; when the ability is attached to it; without any delay at all; for We created creation to command them; and to forbid them.
