﴿Except Your servants among them﴾; that is: those honored by being close to You; they do not turn away from You to anything besides You; for this reason, He replaced them with ﴿the sincere﴾; thus, He increased by this saying in misguidance; and he could not say instead: My Lord, turn to me; and similar words of pleading; as Adam - blessings and peace be upon him - said when kindness surrounded him and pardon reached him; so appreciate this blessing; and 'sincerity' is the act of dedicating something without any mixture of others.
