Commentary
'And they sought victory against their enemies, so they were successful and triumphed. And every tyrant who is obstinate failed. So We destroyed them all, and We had wealth and praise after their destruction as We did before it. And obstinacy is the refusal of the truth while knowing it out of pride and oppression. Whoever is obstinate against the truth is obstinate. And the Jabriyyah is the seeking of high status by means that have no ultimate goal in the attribute. Thus, it is a blame upon the servant in that he seeks what is not for him.
