Then the clear one explained by saying, expressing by the revelation, because it is in the context of their denial of it, contrary to what he expressed in the making, as will come in Az-Zukhruf: "Indeed, We have revealed it" with the pronoun of greatness, meaning the explained book by this surah or by the entire Qur'an. "Qur'an" is named so because the Qur'an is a generic name that applies to both the whole and part of it. "Arabic" and he explained its revelation likewise by saying: "So that you may understand," meaning to give you hope that you may be among those who have understanding or that you may understand what is intended from you; Abu Hayyan said: "And 'so that' implies a hope with a meaning of explanation.

And this verse indicates that the Arabic language is the most eloquent of tongues, the broadest and the most just, because it is established that the saying - even if it is specifically addressed to a people - is general for others besides them.
