And when he mentioned the benefit of this truth, it was as if it were said: So admonish them with that and remind them of it. He then added to it his saying: ﴿And say﴾. It is permissible that it is connected to his saying: ﴿And be patient﴾ [Hud: 115], meaning be patient regarding what We have commanded you of conveying Our revelation and adhering to it.
