And when this matter was decisive, it indicated that it suffices this blessed nation to affirm it once. So he said, repeating the matter between the affirmation of the deterrent a third time with the appropriate tool for it, and for it to be for a meaning - truly as the Imams of recitation say: ﴿Kalla﴾ [that is -] so that their retreat from excessive boasting may intensify, for it is the foundation of every calamity.
