And when they cloaked themselves with his description by that which they are characterized, they intended to increase the deception by that which suggests that what he brought is magic that can be opposed, stopping the people from following him. So Allah, the Most High, said, recounting in connection to His saying: "They said, 'Have you come to us'" [Yunus: 78]. And Pharaoh said, intending to debate regarding what Moses, blessings and peace be upon him, brought: "Bring me every knowledgeable magician" (p-174), meaning: one who is proficient in the knowledge of magic so that nothing of the magic is missed due to the delay of some. [And the reading of Hamzah and Al-Kisai with the form of 'Fa'al' indicates an increase in his claim, less than the context of the poets, as mentioned in Al-A'raf].
