And when he informed them of his reality, he also informed them of what would come from them of wrongdoing when they witness the permission to give all that is in the earth, where giving would not benefit after abandoning what they were commanded. And this is among the easiest and best of things. He said: "And if every soul that wronged had what is in the earth, it would certainly offer it as a ransom for itself from the punishment, but they will not have that, even if what is accepted from them. So when what they are promised occurs, they will surrender, and they will conceal their regret, meaning their regret intensified and they could not speak when they saw the punishment, because they were astonished by the enormity of what overwhelmed them. Their action was like that of one who conceals, because they could not bear to cry or complain or do anything that the distressed would do. And inquiry is the request for news, just as questioning is the request for understanding. And news is information about certainty in a great matter. And truth is a contract on the meaning to which wisdom calls. Everything built on this contract is true for its sake. And the truth in religion is what the evidence testifies to in trustworthiness in what its path is knowledge, and strength in what its path is the prevailing matter. And that is in what can bear two matters, one of which is more similar to the original that the text came with. And redemption is the act of substituting something for another to remove the disliked. So he redeemed it as a ransom, and he redeemed it, and he redeemed it in redemption, and he ransomed it in a ransoming, and he redeemed it in a ransom, and he sought to avoid it in avoidance. And secrecy is the concealment of something in the self. And regret is the sorrow over what one wished had not occurred or had not been done. It is a rational state in which its owner regrets what has happened and wishes that it had not happened.

And when the previous verses included the necessity of fulfilling the promise and justice in judgment, and it was concluded with his saying: "And it was decreed," meaning: and the decree was established in the easiest and simplest manner. And when the decree encompassed all their occurrences, it indicated by the removal of the neighbor, saying: "Between them," meaning the wrongdoers and the wronged, and the wrongdoers and the most wrongdoers, "with justice," meaning with fairness. And when the occurrence of that does not negate the occurrence of wrongdoing at another time, he said: "And they," meaning: while they are "not wronged," meaning: no wrongdoing occurs among them from anyone at all, regardless of who it is at any time.
