And it is recited 'and let it be made clear' with the letter 'taa' and 'yaa' with the raising of 'the way' because it is mentioned in both masculine and feminine forms. And with the 'taa' in addressing the Messenger with the accusative 'the way.' It is said: the matter became clear, and it was clarified, and I clarified it for him, and he clarified it for me. And the meaning is: and similarly, we detail the clear verses of the Qur'an and summarize them in describing the states of the criminals, from the one whose heart is sealed and for whom there is no hope of his Islam, and from the one who sees in himself a sign of acceptance, which is the one who fears when he hears the mention of the Day of Resurrection, and from the one who entered into Islam but does not observe its limits. And let their way be made clear so that each one of them may be dealt with as he should be dealt with; we have detailed that explanation.
