What he does not possess is Jesus, meaning something that cannot harm you like Allah can harm you with calamities and afflictions in souls and wealth. Nor can he benefit you like Allah benefits you with health of bodies, abundance, and fertility. This is because everything that humans can do in terms of harm and benefit is by Allah's power and enabling, so it is as if he possesses nothing of it. This is clear evidence that his matter is contrary to lordship, as it makes him unable to cause harm or benefit.

And the attribute of the Lord is to be capable of everything; nothing is outside of His power. And Allah is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, related to 'Do you worship?' meaning, do you associate partners with Allah and do not fear Him? He is the One who hears what you say and knows what you believe. Or do you worship the incapable, while Allah is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, from whom it is correct to hear everything that is heard and to know everything that is known? And He will not be so except that He is alive and capable.
