Do they seek the judgment of [UNTRANSLATED-LATIN: al-jahiliyyah]? There are two aspects to this. One is that Qurayzah and an-Nadir requested him to judge according to what the people of [UNTRANSLATED-LATIN: al-jahiliyyah] used to judge regarding the superiority among the slain. It has been narrated that the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace be upon him, said to them, "The slain are equal." Then the children of an-Nadir said, "We do not accept that."
