۞ ٱحۡشُرُو��ْ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَأَزۡوَٰجَهُمۡ وَمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡبُدُونَ ٢٢ ﴿22﴾ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهۡدُوهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ ٢٣ ﴿23﴾ وَقِفُوهُمۡۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسۡـُٔولُونَ ٢٤ ﴿24﴾ مَا لَكُمۡ لَا تَنَاصَرُونَ ٢٥ ﴿25﴾ بَلۡ هُمُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ مُسۡتَسۡلِمُونَ ٢٦ ﴿26﴾
22(It will be said to the angels,) “Muster all those who were unjust, and their fellows, and whatever they used to worship 23other than Allah, and show them the way to Jahannam , 24and stop them (for a while,) for they are to be asked some questions.” 25(Then they will be asked, “What is wrong with you that you do not help each other?” 26On the contrary, that day all of them will have totally surrendered.

Gather them. This is the speech of Allah to the angels, or the speech of some of them with each other. And their companions and associates from the Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him: they are their peers and counterparts among the sinners: the people of fornication with the people of fornication, and the people of theft with the people of theft.
