And the original could be: 'Let not those who disbelieve think of them as able to frustrate [Allah],' then the pronoun which is the first object was omitted. What justified that is that since the subject and the two objects were for one thing, mentioning two sufficed for mentioning the third.

And the saying 'and their abode is the Fire' is connected to 'Let not those who disbelieve think of them as able to frustrate [Allah],' as if it were said: 'Those who disbelieve will not escape Allah, and their abode is the Fire.' And the intended meaning is: those who swear their utmost oaths.
