Commentary
The heedless ones, with sound hearts, pure in their souls, who have no cunning or deceit in them. This is because they have not experienced matters nor weighed situations. So they do not perceive what the experienced and knowledgeable ones perceive. He said:
And I have been entertained by a girl who is inclined... simple-minded, revealing to me her secrets. [[Entertained: I was amused and played, by a girl - with a fatha - meaning: a soft and gentle woman. It is said: a girl with delicate fingers, meaning: her softness and gentleness. Inclined: proud. Simple-minded: heedless, with no deceit or cunning, and for this reason, she reveals to me her innermost thoughts.]]
And likewise, the simple-minded among men, in his saying, blessings and peace be upon him, 'The majority of the people of Paradise are the simple-minded.'
